Untold Story Post 11: The Anger

In the Year 2007, I applied for Driving Licence for the first Time in RTO Nagpur, India. Due to excess corruption in the office I was not aware of the shortcuts and I had to wait More than the time what the so called “Exclusive” People which had the permission to Cross the line and Do their work in-Discipline. Ha ha 🙂

After the procedure was done by waiting in line for the whole day and several ways of attitude shown by RTO officer who pass the people for the Test, I submitted my file and Came home. I was promised that I will be getting my Licence in next 14 Days.

14 Days passed I went to Office, They said Kindly Wait for some time,
I waited the whole month, Then I did another visit to the office. They said, its not done yet, please come some other day.
From that day, in search of Another day I visited office every two days and inquired about it.
Day after day My patience each time kept on loosing.
Day after day The anger Kept on Increasing
I decided the day I get my Licence, I am going to Screw these people for torturing me like that.

Then Finally on an Unexpected afternoon, the “ONE DAY” arrived. They handed me my licence. The moment I holed the licence on my hand, realizing the authority to DRIVE on Road for rest of my life. All MY ANGER was VANISHED.

I thanked the receptionist and came back home.

The story just mean to say that Anger, Lust, Hurt, Pain, Sex Craving All are Temporary Variables in life. If you can manage them properly, I am not saying to stop them, But if you can manage them properly in the right direction, Life is Smooth as Butter and Sweet as Honey…

All the Best Folks….Happy Day

(Note: The RTO, Nagpur is still a corrupted office, if you want to make licence then you gotta empty your pocket and become an Exclusive member to do your work quick or Be my guest and Fight against the people who uses the Exclusive member policy at RTO, Nagpur INDIA) The Choice was, Is and Will Always Be yours 🙂

UNTOLD Stories Post 10: The Cesarean baby

As per as I remember, my sister Kritika Milind was a Cesarean Baby, or there were complications involved at the time of birth.
Cesarean Operation is a medical process where the baby due to complications or size could not be delivered by Natural Delivery and has to taken out of mothers womb by making a small cut horizontally on the outer surface near the stomach.
At that time my father was given a choice, weather to save my little sister or my mother herself.
My father Could never decided whom to chose for. He loves kids and My mom’s life was precious to him. He dined to choose between two, and requested…or actually Forced Doctors that let the risk be on my father’s name but to save both.
The outcome was astonishing and yes you can predict that now anyway, Today my mom, Tejashri Milind and my sister, both are in pink of their health.

The memory of this scene gave me one point to note and learn after 18 years of this incident, I learned from my father that whenever you are given two options in life.
Weather to choose option Option A or Option B,
Think logically, Y should you Follow the rules created by someone else on you..
Demand for an Option C which is the optimal choice for your benefit.

Don’t settle down for what people offer you, as each and every choice will be responsible for the survival of someone’s life smile emoticon

Untold Stories Post 9: How U Going Mate :) ?

November 2014, I was working for G20 in Airport, there everyone was alien to each other, People of All Countries working together to make the event a Success,
One Guy was assigned to drop us at the spot and pick the guys up who’s shift got over. That guy had lot of pressure to complete certain task in time and he was shouting on people for no reason, We all kept quite as he was senior to us. He dropped one guy and said to us, He is an dick head, cant get out of the Vehicle in time, Even that fella took time to come Enter the car at Entry Gate.
One Unknown Aussi sitting back in seating back seat of our car Replied to him, Mate TALK THIS ON HIS FACE, NOT BEHIND HIS BACK.

As I am an Indian, talking behind someone back was usual to me. I dint like it but the culture I was born and the people I was raised with, Talked Behind People’s Back and created Rumors and fake stories which the original person is not even aware of..

After Several Days, On a Very Different Topic, two teenagers Tim andBrent Gesch Explained me, Australian Culture works this way, In our Army and Working area Buddy System is Being taught. We help each other and Grow Together, We don’t care we know that person or not. As long as he is in our Surrounding, He is our Mate. He is our Friend and its our duty to protect him, help him grow and He will do the same for us.

So Who is “Mate” I questioned.
The answer was stunning given by this teenager and he replied,
“EVERYBODY IS”

Untold Story Post 8: Respecting Yourself

A question is mostly asked in Interview, How are you worth of ? or How much you think company should pay you? or What Salary do you expect ?
Put the question in any way, the Question just means that the person evaluating you wants to know How confident are you on yourself and how much profit you can gain to Company that they should pay u the amount you deserve…
I don’t know the answer of this question but one guy did something in his real life
Once in early 2011, this guy calls me “Hey form today I am planning to take an elevation to my name and instead of Bhartal, I want to call my self THE BHATATLAL CHOUDHARY.
Subconsciously My mind accepted the simple sentence, Simplicity has that power. From that day I actually started Calling him THE BHARATLAL CHOUDHARY.

Now he Has become a Mentor and Bharatlal Choudhary or THE BHARATLAL CHOUDHARY is on his step to teach his students what he learned in his life…

The observation in this story is just that The amount of Respect you Give to Yourself, People will automatically follow you. If you think you are worthless or a minute creature in this world, you will become one. If you think you can compete Tata, Birla, Ambani, Gates, Jobs, YOU CAN ACTUALLY DO THAT..
People will respect you what you believe in..
(And constant believe with persistence not one day hero)

So Make a Change in this year 2015 and Show the World The NEW PERSON in you,
Who is Much more Stronger than what you WERE in 2014
Happy New Year..
and
All the Best as

Your BATTLE BEGINS NOW

UNTOLD Stories Post 3: College Days

Proffessor: Stand up Gaurank, you should stand up when u are answering to a teacher.
Gaurank: Yes professor
Proffessor: Where is your tie? Why are u not in proper uniform?
Gaurank: Sorry Professor, I FORGOT.
Proffessor: (Angryli) How can you forget? Tell me why did you forget?
Gaurank: THERE IS NO REASON TO EXPALIN WHY PEOPLE FORGET THINGS

In this conversation I am not pointing anyone was wrong. But I apprietiate the way Gaurank Handle the situation. He was though kicked out of class after this, but I dont find anything what he said as wrong. The education system in India faces several such situation where Teachers take undue advantage of students and take out anger of someone elese in the mangement on students.
Students in turn dont reply back, very rare absorb the anger by the proffessor and most of them starts hating the professor and in turn the subject. THERE THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF EDUCATION STOPS.

The same student expresses his anger when he is in power or to his young ones and the chain of anger continues.

I believe You guys must have solution to this probem becauses I dont have it…
But I truly appritiate Gaurank’s attitude who currently discontinued his education form PIET nagpur and is having a sweet shop in Sitaburdy Nagpur (Near Ghanghor).
Post in comments if u have any possible solution to avoid people leaving education in our country…
